Return Information: While we strive to provide the best products and services that we can offer, if an item arrives damaged, returns are accepted as follows: The customer must notify shop owner, via email either using the form below or by replying to the original order confirmation email, within 2 days of receipt of the damaged item. Please detail the damages, including photos if necessary. Refunds are processed upon return of the damaged item. No refunds will be made without prior authorization of shop owner.
